版豆腐1块辣味肉酱适量榨菜适量毛豆适量自制勿仔鱼辣酱(可用虾皮)适量不丹鲜辣椒(可用ㄧ般辣椒)1条不丹干辣椒(可用ㄧ般干辣椒)2条大红袍(可用ㄧ般花椒)适量葱白末适量青葱末适量蒜末适量胡椒粉适量酱油适量
