西葫芦炒回锅肉
材料
西葫芦一颗回锅肉适量蒜苗两条姜适量蒜头23瓣盐适量花椒粉一小匙五香粉一小匙油适量酱油少许
做法

https://static.xinshipu.com/20180128_31/original/1517102000926.jpg@152w_118h_99q_1e_1c.jpg1西葫芦(可换成冬瓜)洗净、去皮、切薄片备用。回锅肉(烫熟三层肉):三层肉烫熟后,放凉、切片备用。(通常是家中已烫熟冷藏的三层肉)蒜苗切段备用。姜切细末备用。蒜头拍碎备用。
