椒香豆角鸡丁




材料
鸡腿1只,四季豆200克,油1汤匙,大蒜3瓣,生姜三片,生粉1茶匙,红椒一个,生抽1汤匙,蚝油1汤匙,盐1茶匙,花椒粒2克,料酒1茶匙


做法
1.将鸡腿去除骨头,切成条形,再切成丁,用料酒、蚝油、生粉及1茶匙盐搅拌均匀腌制20分钟
2.四季豆去除两头和筋,切成小段
3.放入开水锅中汆烫2分钟,捞起沥干水分备用
4.红辣椒切段,大蒜切片备用
5.锅中倒油,烧至六成热后倒入鸡丁
6.炒至变色、发紧时倒入姜片、花椒粒、大蒜炒至出味
7.倒入焯过的四季豆大火翻炒2-3分钟
8.至表面发紧时,依次放入生抽、盐翻炒均匀即可
