简介
丝瓜味道清新,是一种很消暑的蔬菜。在中式料理中,丝瓜会在夏天是比较常用。丝瓜中含防止皮肤老化的B族维生素,增白皮肤的维生素C等成分,能保护皮肤、消除斑块,使皮肤洁白、细嫩,是不可多得的美容佳品。
材料
1个大丝瓜80g瘦肉,切片4-5粒冬菇,浸过夜几粒蒜头,压碎100-120ml冬菇水猪肉腌料1汤匙绍兴酒½茶匙豉油少许盐和糖少许胡椒粉汁料1茶匙生粉1茶匙鸡粉用清水开匀(约20ml)
