高温烘烤后的brown sugar有着焦糖香还保有淡淡的甜味。巴萨米可醋原本的酸味转化为一种有深度的香气和甜美汁液,香脆微焦的培根与质地细嫩的球甘蓝也极为契合。

球甘蓝450g(1磅)培根3片黄砂糖1/2大匙巴萨米可醋2大匙海盐1小匙黑胡椒少许
